Laurie Olson

Laurie Olson is often the first friendly face clients see when visiting Massey and Associates, Inc. With a warm smile, she helps create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door. Laurie excels at keeping the office team connected and the front desk running smoothly while providing support to the entire team.

She has held multiple front desk roles throughout her career, including as a teller, director of first impressions and front office coordinator. Laurie earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Rhode Island College in 2013. This fuels her passion for customer service, and she strives to make sure everyone who visits feels heard and appreciated.

Laurie lives in Warwick, Rhode Island, with her husband, Joseph, daughter, Norah, and cat, Kiro. She enjoys spending her free time at home visiting extended family and working on craft projects, like crocheting or sewing. When she can, Laurie also likes to find new places to explore, eat and make memories.
