Effective June 26, 2024, Massey and Associates, Inc. and Providence Friars Sports Properties, LLC entered into a sponsorship agreement (“Sponsorship Agreement”) wherein Massey and Associates, Inc. is the recipient of certain sponsorship benefits, including national use of College Marks, as defined in the Sponsorship Agreement, for use in Massey and Associates, Inc approved advertising. In connection with the Sponsorship Agreement, Massey and Associates, Inc. may also receive other benefits, including advertising placements on Providence Friars Sports Properties, LLC signage and a hospitality area during men’s basketball games. As consideration for the Sponsorship Agreement and the aforementioned benefits, Massey and Associates, Inc is obligated to pay Providence Friars Sports Properties, LLC fees of $45,250 for 2024- 2025, $46,610 for 2025-2026, and $48,005 for 2026-2027.
